After leaving University Rob spent two years working underground with British Coal in England. Rob has now spent 15 years with Rio Tinto in a variety of roles including Operations Manager and General Manager of Operations, has worked in iron ore in the Pilbara, Western Australia, coal in Colorado, USA and bauxite in Weipa, Queensland and a year in London working in the Corporate Office. Currently Chief Executive of Energy Resources Australia Ltd since September 2008.

Dean Dalla Valle
President - Uranium – BHP Billiton. MBA, Electrical Engineering.Dean has oversight of BHP Billiton's Uranium projects including Olympic Dam in South Australia and Yeelirrie, Western Australia. The Uranium team is focussed on breakthrough improvements in recoveries. Dean's career with BHP Billiton has spanned 32 years and included the role of President and Chief Operating Officer of Olympic Dam, a position he held from BHP Billiton's acquisition of WMC in June 2005 until March 2009. His responsibility was to integrate Olympic Dam into BHP Billiton and execute growth strategies.
Dean began his career with Illawarra Coal where he held various positions including Manager Engineering, Manager Business Improvement and General Manager Westcliff before joining BHP Billiton Iron Ore as Vice President Ports (Western Australia). Thereafter Dean was Asset Leader at BHP Billiton Base Metals' Cannington mine in Queensland. He is also a sponsor for companies' Electrical Community of Practice and a member of the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy (SACOME) board.
Dean is married with two teenage children, an active cyclist, motorcyclist and skier.

John Borshoff
Managing Director, Paladin Energy Ltd.
John Borshoff is Managing Director of Paladin Resources Ltd, which he founded in 1994. Paladin has a primary focus on uranium having acquired a portfolio of advanced uranium projects in Southern Africa and Australia between 1998 and 2002. Mr Borshoff is a geologist who has been involved in the Australian exploration and mining industry for over 30 years.
The majority of this time has been spent on uranium exploration and project development in Australia and Africa. He worked for International Nickel and Canadian Superior Mining prior to joining Uranerz Australia.
He became Chief Geologist/Exploration Manager during the period 1981-1986 and served as its Australian Chief Executive from 1987 until 1991, when the German parent of Uranerz made the decision to close its local operations.In April 1994 Mr Borshoff was instrumental in the assembly, design and development of a resource project portfolio to form the basis for the public listing of Paladin.
In 1996 John's vision saw the Company embark on its highly successful uranium strategy during a period of sustained and substantial downturn in the uranium industry downturn. This has helped make Paladin become a world leading emerging uranium producer. from 1976 to 1991.

Kuzma Otto
Kuzma Otto is currently Vice President Australia Projects with Uranium One. Kuzma is a chemical engineer with a master’s degree in business leadership and 25 years resources industry experience in mine operations, project management and strategic planning. Kuzma began his working career with Rand Mines working as a metallurgist at various gold, platinum and chrome operations. He joined Anglovaal Mining in 1995 where he held various positions including Mine Manager of the Nkomati Nickel Mine; Consulting Metallurgist to various ferrous and base metal operations and Manager Strategy for the Ferrous Division. He joined Uranium One in 2007 with responsibility for all operations, projects and exploration in Australia.

Jennifer Parks

Jennifer Parks is a geologist with over 25 years experience in the industry who has worked in a range of consulting positions for a variety of commodities, and as Senior Exploration Geologist for Newmont (previously Normandy) . She joined Cameco Australia in 2003 and was appointed Exploration Manager and then Regional Director of Cameco Australia, in January 2006. She is on the Executive Committee of the NT Resources Council, a member of the Ministerial Exploration Advisory Group (MEAG) and on the NT Mining Board.

Kym Winter-Dewhirst
Kym Winter-Dewhirst is the head of External Affairs for BHP Billiton Ltd.'s Uranium Customer Group, based in Adelaide, South Australia. The group's portfolio includes operations at Australia's largest underground mine at Olympic Dam in the north of South Australia; the proposed multi-billion dollar expansion of Olympic Dam and the development of the Yeelirrie uranium deposit in Western Australia. Kym has been with BHP Billiton for five years and manages a team of public affairs, community relations and indigenous affairs specialists. Before joining BHP Billiton, Kym worked for many years as a journalist and senior political adviser.

Brendan O'Hara
Executive Chairman, Summit Resources Ltd.
Mr Brendan O'Hara graduated with Bachelors of Laws and Jurisprudence (Hons 1st class) from the University of Western Australia in 1988, before joining a national Australian law firm, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, securities industry law and corporate regulation. He then spent 13 years with the Australian Stock Exchange in various roles including WA State Executive Director. He subsequently joined Paladin Energy Ltd as General Manager, Special Projects.
He is a Senior Fellow and regional councillor of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a director of Good Samaritans Industries, a member of the Australian institute of Company Directors and a committee member of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia
He was appointed Executive Chairman of Summit Resources in May 2007 following the takeover by Paladin Energy Ltd.

Greg Hall
Managing Director, Toro Energy Ltd.
Greg Hall is a Mining Engineer with over 28 years experience in the resources industry, including 18 years in the uranium mining and marketing industry.
Mr Hall held a variety of senior operational and technical management roles with WMC Resources Ltd, at its nickel operations and the Olympic Dam project, as well as a secondment to LKAB’s iron ore operations in northern Sweden. He held the position of Mining Manager of Energy Resources’ Ranger Operations and Jabiluka mine development, before moving to Sydney as ERA’s North American Marketing Manager.
Prior to joining Toro Energy, Mr Hall held the position of Director, Sales with Comalco’s Bauxite and Alumina division, a member of the Rio Tinto group.

Dominic Tisdell

Dominic has more than 15 years of experience in the mining industry with a background in business evaluation and strategy; project development; planning and operations. He is currently Senior Manager within Mitsubishi Development’s Business Development Division, which has responsibilities for uranium, coal and iron ore investment. Previously, Dominic held an executive position with Accenture Australia’s strategy consulting group and prior to that he held management positions within Rio Tinto’s Robe River Mining Company and Hamersley Iron businesses in Western Australia. Dominic has a Bachelor of Engineering (mining) and an MBA. He is also an Alternate Director of MDP Uranium Pty Ltd (since 2008).

Warren Mundine

Warren Mundine is a former National President of the Australian Labor Party and a long-time campaigner for improvement of Aboriginal health and social and economic welfare through economic development of indigenous communities. He is co-convenor of the AUA’s Indigenous Dialogue Group.

Fusheng Gao

Fusheng has been Managing Director of Sinosteel PepinNini Curnamona Management Pty Ltd since April 2007 after 7 years with Sinosteel in several different roles both in China and Australia. He came to Australia in 2005 as Project Development Manager of Sinosteel Australia Pty Ltd. His earlier career included Engineer and Section Chief with Central Iron and Steel Research institute in China from 1987 to 1994 and Senior Engineer with the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, P R China from 1994 to 1998. Fusheng has a BA in Industrial and Civil Engineering from Quingdao Technological University, P R China and a Master’s Degree in Management Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing, P R China.

Lindsay Dudfield
Lindsay Dudfield is Executive Director of Energy Metals Ltd.
Mr Dudfield is a qualified geologist with 30 years experience in multi-commodity exploration both in Australia and overseas, including close involvement with a number of greenfields discoveries. He was a founding director of Energy Metals Ltd and has managed the company’s growth since it listed on ASX in 2005. Mr Dudfield is a member of the AusIMM, SEG, AIG and GSA. He is also the Managing Director of Jindalee Resources Ltd.

John Dunlop

John Dunlop is an Australian mining engineer, with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Mining Engineering from the University of Melbourne. He has approximately 40 years of mining experience, surface and underground, in a variety of base metal and precious metal production and management situations.
As well his role with Alliance, John is Chairman of Alkane Resources Ltd and Drummond Gold Ltd and is a director of Gippsland Ltd. and Copper Strike Ltd. He is a former director of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, though he still Chairs the AusIMM’s Mineral Industry Consultants Association.

Richard Homsany

Mr. Homsany has significant experience in the resources industry, including working for North Ltd., which was acquired by Rio Tinto Ltd. in 2001. He also has significant board experience with publicly listed resource companies in Australia.
In his recent role as a Corporate Partner at the international law firm of DLA Philips Fox, one of Australia’s leading law firms, he focused on the Energy & Resources sector including advising clients on capital raisings, mergers & acquisitions, finance, joint ventures, divestments and corporate governance.
Richard was an integral part of Mega's successful negotiations with the Japan Australia Uranium Resources Development Company Ltd (“JAURD”) (through its subsidiary JAURD International Lake Maitland Project Pty Ltd) and ITOCHU Corporation (“ITOCHU”) (through its subsidiary ITOCHU Minerals & Energy of Australia Pty Ltd) relating to the sale of a 35% interest in Mega's Lake Maitland uranium project (“the Project”) and Joint Venture.

Peter L. Williams

Peter is a chartered accountant with extensive professional and commercial experience.He has broad experience as managing director and chairman of public companies.
Peter was a partner of Deloitte for 17 years and partner in charge of the South Australian practice from 1987 to 1991. He joined the Lloyd Helicopter group as managing director in 1991 and from 1993-1998 was managing director of Enterprise Solutions Asia Pacific Limited.
He conducts a consultancy practice from the Deloitte offices, is involved with several private companies and was chairman of TEC 29 from 1999 to 2002.His current roles also include Chairman of AquaOysters Limited, Steriline Racing Pty Ltd and Marathon Resources Limited.
Peter is a member of Marathon's Audit Committee.He previously was a director of venture capital companies Momentum Ventures Limited and Playford Capital Pty Ltd.
